Production Meeting Minutes
December 20, 2012
Time: 5-5:50 PM

Late: Rich, Tamar, Ron
Barb-
Make banner for A1.6.
Gone with the Wind colors
Floors will be burgundy.
Set-
Tables will be exposed at top of show then cover in Act 2.
Need platforms for most set.
Boo Koo Bo Kay window will be on baton 1 or 2.
Need two rolling carts for A1.1.
Cry room will be teal on baton 1 or 2.
Neldas house on baton 3.
Baton 4 will be good cyc.
Banner will go on Baton 6 and will be a hard drop.
Baton 5 will come in to dress fellowship hall.
Need 6 of Dinner Theatre Tables when it closes.
Platform for chair and poof to fit on. (needs to lock down people sit and move around.
Props-
Need real food ASAP. Want to rehearse with it. Need tons of fake food.
2 phones (one needs to move form one side to the other.)
More tupperware.
FX/Sound-
Need cues of dogs barking.(build to a siren that dogs touch)
Need cues of bus sounds (like a bus getting ready to leave.)
Can we get phone plugged up to ring by the 27th.
Is it okay for Ron to spend 120.00 another phone ringer.?

Costumes-
Tamar and ME Coordinating.
Possible cast in costume.
Ron-
Need two more crew members will join us on January 4, 2013
